Legend Internet Plc Declares Final Dividend for 2025 Financial Year

Legend Internet Plc has announced a final dividend of 6 kobo per 50 kobo share for the period ended July 31, 2025. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholder approval. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of the close of business on October 29, 2025, will be eligible for the payout. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from October 30, 2025, to facilitate the dividend process.

The company confirmed that dividend payments will be made electronically on November 7, 2025, to shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the registrar to credit their bank accounts directly. Shareholders who have not yet completed the e-dividend registration are advised to download the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from the registrar’s website, www.datamaxregistrars.com, and submit it to the registrar or their respective banks.

Legend Internet Plc also urged shareholders with unclaimed dividend warrants or share certificates to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the registrar for resolution. The company’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Fraser Suites, No. 294 Leventis Close, Central Business District, Abuja, starting at 9:30 AM.
