NAF opens recruitment gate, releases names for military training intake
The Nigerian Air Force has announced the release of successful candidates shortlisted for the Basic Military Training Course (BMTC) 46/2025 Selection Board, signalling the next phase of its nationwide recruitment exercise.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, said the published list contains candidates who passed the Zonal General Aptitude Test conducted across 15 Air Force bases on December 5, 2025.
According to him, those whose names appear on the official recruitment portal have been invited for the Selection Board Interview for Trades and Non-Tradesmen and Women.
He said, “The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) hereby notifies the general public that candidates who were successful in the Zonal General Aptitude Test conducted across 15 NAF Bases on 5 December 2025.”
The interview exercise is scheduled to take place at the Nigerian Air Force Base, Kaduna, from April 27 to June 13, 2026.
Ejodame warned that all shortlisted applicants must report strictly according to the batch schedule assigned to them on the portal, stressing that failure to appear on the designated date would automatically lead to disqualification.
“All shortlisted candidates are required to report strictly in accordance with their assigned batch schedule as indicated on the portal. Candidates who fail to report on their designated dates will forfeit the opportunity to participate in the Selection Board Interview,” he stated.
The Air Force also reiterated that the recruitment process is completely free of charge and cautioned candidates against paying money to individuals or groups claiming to offer assistance.
Applicants were advised to check the official Nigerian Air Force recruitment portal for the full list, reporting dates and other participation guidelines.
