Kaduna: NTA Staff Allegedly Kidnap On His Way From Zamfara

A Staff of Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Bashir Umar has been reportedly kidnapped by people suspected to be gunmen.

He was reportedly kidnapped on 16th December 2024 on his way back from Zamfara to Zaria in Kaduna state, according eyewitness report.

Our correspondent reported that no reason has been advanced on Umar’s travelling to Zamfara state, the reports however had it that Umar is attached to Zaria substation of nta.

Social media reports obtained on Monday confirmed that “NTA Zaria Bashir Umar was Kidnapped on his way from Zamfara State to Zaria today Monday 16/12/2024”.
