APC Schedules National Caucus, NEC Meetings for December 15 and 16
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the dates for its National Caucus and National Executive Committee (NEC) meetings, scheduled to hold at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in
Abuja on Monday, December 15, and Tuesday, December 16, 2025, respectively. The party’s National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, issued the notice on Wednesday, reminding members to take notice of the meetings in accordance with the APC constitution.
The National Caucus meeting, set for 6:00 pm on December 15, will convene key party stakeholders, including the National Chairman, Deputy National Chairmen (North and South), National Secretary and Deputy, National Legal Adviser, National Treasurer, National Organising Secretary, National Woman Leader, National Youth Leader, leaders of persons living with disabilities, past and present Presidents and Vice Presidents who are party members, as well as former and serving governors, state party chairmen, zonal leaders, and other designated representatives. The NEC meeting, scheduled for 12:00 pm on December 16, will bring together national officers, their deputies, state chairmen, zonal representatives, and members elected by the National Convention.
Top government officials are expected to attend both meetings, including President Bola Tinubu, Vice-President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, and Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas, alongside APC state governors and federal lawmakers. The meetings aim to provide a platform for party leaders to discuss key issues and chart the party’s course ahead.
