Kaduna: Frontal Group Set Up Probe C’ttee, Accused Gov Sani Agency of Vandal, Demolition

Frontal group, under the guise of “Tudun Wada Forum Response Team” has reportedly constituted a five-man committee to investigate the remote causes of vandalization and demolition of the house of Vice Principal Academic, Malam Nuradeen Muhammad, by Kaduna State Urban Planning Development Authority (KASUPDA) despite a pending court case.

The volatile Tudun Wada, group tagged the statement: “Update – Governor Uba Sani, KASUPDA DG, Former Commissioner, KARGI House Vandalization Scandal: Tudun Wada Forum Calls For Justice, Constitute a Five-man Committee”.

The alleged vandalization of house of Vice principal academic, GSS Rafinguza, Kaduna North LGA, was contained in a press release signed by the Forum’s Public Relations Officer (PRO), Auwal Khalid and made available to newsmen penultimate Monday.

The volatile Tudun Wada Forum Chairman stated that, “it is expedient for the Governor to act upon outcome of the findings of the constituted committee, and urges for restraining of the ugly roles of KASUPDA as a government agency.

The forum described as unfortunate, of such an incidents adding that its scandalized government and traumatized the victim and his family, and has the potentials of creating a backlash by the neighborhood and the state in general.

Chairman Ismail Yusuf ADC names of Committee of five members to includes, Ibrahim Muhammad Bello as Chairman, Bello Muhammad Secretary, while Auwal Khalid, Ibrahim Funtuwa and Abdullahi Usman as members.

The Committee “is given a week starting from Monday 10/02/2025 to 18/02/2025 to complete it’s findings from all quarters involved in the vandalisation and demolition episode, and submit it’s report for further action to be taken, with a view to do justice to both parties”.

The chairman also stressed that as soon as the committee complete it’s assignment, the Forum would seek audience with Governor Uba Sani and brief him on the matter, with a view to do justice to both parties.

He expressed hope that as father of all, Governor Sani would consider the plight of Vice Principal Malam Nuradeen Muhammad who still serving the state as both a western and Islamic teacher for over four decades of his life.

He reiterated the Forum’s vowed to defend the people in the interest of justice in all circumstances as well as the happiness of its Tudun Wada citizens wherever they found themselves in this country and beyond.

“We are ever ready to protect the honour, prestige and integrity of all Tudun Wada Kaduna members anywhere they are, as well as ensure justice is dispense to all concerned.

“To sit by, while our sons and daughters are being cheated, shortchanged by some seemingly vested interest elites, including government officials, will not be tolerated. We will certainly fight for them and ensure justice and fairness no matter who is involved,” the release concluded.

“It could be recalled that, on last Saturday, KASUPDA staff and over 40 Kaduna state Vigilante personnels (KADVS) armed with weapons invaded a house of a Vice Principal Academic, GSS Rafinguza in Kaduna North LGA, Malam Nuradeen Muhammad.

“They vandalized his house, removed the roofing sheets, take it away and destroyed his belongings in the process, on the orders of the Director General Abdulrahman Yahaya, in connivance of a former Commissioner, Haruna Sale KARGI, who is believed to have instigated and financed the vandalisation operation despite a pending court case on the house.

“Muhammad’s family are left devastated and traumatized, including his 14 children.

“The situation that has scandalized Governor Uba Sani administration and created backlash across the Kaduna state, Rafinguza in Kaduna North LGA, Malam Nuradeen Muhammad house.

“They vandalised, removed the roofing sheets, took it away and destroyed his belongings in the process, on the orders of the Director General Abdulrahman Yahaya, in connivance of a former Commissioner, Haruna Sale KARGI, who is believed to have instigated and financed the vandalisation operation despite a pending court case on the house. Muhammad’s family are left devastated and traumatised, including his 14 children.

“The situation that has scandalized Governor Uba Sani administration and created backlash across the Kaduna state”, the forum noted. End
